Ingredients
- 4 lb Pork country-style ribs
- 1 6 ounces can tomato paste
- 1/2 c Brown sugar; packed
- 1/4 c Frozen orange juice
- -concentrate; thawed
- 2 tb Red wine vinegar
- 1 tb Mustard
- 1 tb Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 ts Pepper
Directions
Cut ribs into 1 rib portions. For sauce, combine remaining ingredients; mix well. Place a large piece of foil over coals beneath grill to catch dri[[ings. Place ribs on grill, about about 6 inches above slow coals. Close hood of grill and cook about 20 min. turn ribs and cook, covered, 20 min. more. Brush ribs with sauce and cook covered , 25-35 min.more or until done, turning and basting frequently with sauce. Watch carefully so ribs don’t burn. Converted by MM_Buster v2.0l.

- 1/4 c Paprika; (hungarian)
- 1 tb Season salt
- 1 ts Season salt
- 1 tb Pepper
- 1 ts Dry mustard
- 1 1/2 ts Chili powder
- 1 ts Garlic powder
- 1 ts Oregano
- 1 ts Celery seed
- 3 lb Spareribs
- 1/2 c White wine vinegar
Directions
Combine first 9 ingredients in a small bowl, and set aside. cut ribs into serving size pieces. Pour Vinegar into a spray bottle, and mist the ribs. Coat ribs with seasoning mixture. Ingredients
- 2 lb Flank steak
- 1 Red bell pepper; seeded and
- -sliced
- 1 Jalapeno; minced fine
- 1/2 Head cabbage; Napa, sliced
- 1/2 c Fresh basil; chopped
- 1/2 c Fresh mint; chopped
- 1/2 c Fresh cilantro; chopped
- 1/4 c Cracked black pepper
- 3 tb Kosher salt
Directions
———————————-DRESSING———————————- 3 Garlic cloves; minced 1 sm Ginger root; minced 1/2 c Fresh lime juice 3 tb Fish sauce 3 tb Sugar 2 tb Peanuts; dry-roasted, ; chopped Prepare the grill for the direct heat method. Mix the jalapeno, salt and pepper and coat the steak with the mixture. Place the steak on the hot grid using a medium hot fire. Grill for 6-7 minutes per side for medium done. Assemble the cabbage, bell pepper, basil, mint and cilantro in a large bowl and reserve. In a mixing bowl whisk the garlic, ginger, lime juice, fish sauce, sugar and peanuts until blended. Remove the steak from the grill, let cool for ten minutes prior to slicing against the grain. Top the salad with the sliced steak and pour the dressing over the salad. - 1 md Onion; slivered
- 4 Cloves garlic; chopped
- 28 fl Crushed tomatoes
- 1 1/2 c Ketchup
- 1 c Fresh orange juice
- 6 tb Fresh lemon juice
- 6 tb Red wine vinegar
- 1/2 c Water
- 2 tb Liquid smoke flavoring
- 1/4 c Honey
- 1/2 c Brown sugar; packed
- 3 tb Crystallized ginger; finely
- -chopped
- 2 tb Dark molasses
- 1 tb Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 ts Tobasco
- 2 tb Chili powder
- 1 tb Coriander; ground
- 1 tb Dry mustard
- 1 ts Salt
Directions
