- 1/2 c Strawberries; or blueberries
- 1/2 c Ice

- 1 pk Frozen strawberries
- 1/4 c Granulated sugar
- 1 cn 12.5 oz frozen pink lemonade
- -concentrate
- 2 c Cold tea
- 2 c Cold water
- 1 Bottle (750 ml) ginger ale
Directions
In blender container, whirl strawberries with sugar. In large pitcher, blend strawberry puree with frozen concentrate, tea and water. At serving time, add ginger ale and pour into punch bowl over ice. Makes 20 servings ( 1/2 cup each.) Place strawberries in container of food processor or electric blender; process until smooth. Combine sugar and water in saucepan; cook over medium heat until sugar is dissolved. - -ade concentrate, thawed
- 2 c Cold water
- 1 ( 750 ml) bottle rose wine,
- -chilled
- 1 ( 750 ml) bottle champagne,
- -chilled
- 1 pt (2 cups) fresh strawberries
- -with stems, frozen
Directions
In small saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add gelatin; stir until gelatin is dissolved. Cool. In punch bowl, combine gelatin mixture, lemonade concentrate and cold water; mix well. Just before serving, stir in wine, champagne and frozen strawberries. Yield: 24 ( 1/2 cup) servings. Directions
Blend cottage cheese until smooth in a blender. Add the apple juice concentrate and process for 5 more sceonds. Add the strawberries and vanilla and process until the strawberries are pureed. - 1 (20 oz.) can orange juice
- 1/2 c Brown sugar, firmly packed
- 3 (3 inch) pieces stick
- -cinnamon, broken
- 1/2 ts Whole cloves
- 2 tb Lime juice
Directions
Combine peach nectar, orange juice, and brown sugar in a large saucepan. Tie cinnamon sticks and cloves in a cheesecloth bag and drop into saucepan. Heat slowly, stirring constantly, until sugar dissolves; simmer 10 minutes. Stir in lime juice; ladle into mugs. You may garnish with cinnamon sticks. Serve warm. - 1/2 c Instant espresso coffee
- 2 tb Brown sugar
- 1 c Coffee-flavored liqueur
- 1/2 c Irish cream liqueur
- Boiling water
- Sweetened whipped cream
- Orange zest*
Directions
In small bowl, combine espresso, sugar and liqueurs; mix well. Store mix in covered container in refrigerator. For each serving, spoon 3 tablespoons of mix into small cup; add 1/2 cup boiling water. Stir to blend. Top with whipped cream and orange zest. Mix can be store several weeks in refrigerator. Yield: 8 2/3 cup servings. Note: *Orange zest is the colored outer peel of the orange. Remove with citrus zester or vegetable peeler. Cut into strips, if desired.
