Streusel Coffee Cake

Ingredients

  • 3/4 c Sugar
  • 1/3 c Oil
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 c Orange Juice Or Any Other
  • -Juice
  • 1 1/2 c Flour
  • 2 ts Baking Powder
  • 1/4 c Raisins; optional

Directions
———————————-TOPPING———————————- 1/2 c Brown Sugar 2 tb Flour 2 ts Cinnamon 2 tb Oil 1/2 c Walnuts; chopped Combine sugar, oil and egg. Add juice and beat thoroughly. Mix raisins with dry ingredients. Add flour/raisin mixture and beat until smooth. Spread in a greased 9″ square pan. Combine ingredients for topping with a fork and sprinkle over batter. Press down slightly. Strawberry Mallow Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 pk White Cake MIx
  • 10 oz Frozen strawberries;sliced
  • 10 oz Miniature marshmallows
  • 1 lb Strawberry jello

Directions
Preheat oven according to cake mix. Prepare cake mix according to directions on box. Set aside. Line bottom of a 9×13″ pan with marshmallows. Pour cake batter over marshmallows. Combine strawberry jello & frozen – thawed – strawberries. Spoon over batter. Create a marble look. Bake until golden brown;cool. Can be seved w/whipped cream. Delicious moist cake. Sour Cream Coffee Cake

  • 1/4 lb Butter or margarine
  • 1 c Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 ts Baking soda
  • 1 c Sour cream
  • 1 1/2 c Sifted flour
  • 1 1/2 ts Baking powder
  • 1 ts Vanilla

Directions
———————————-TOPPING———————————- 1/4 c Sugar 1 ts Cinnamon 1 ts Cocoa 2 tb Chopped nuts Cream butter or margarine with sugar. Add eggs and mix well. Combine baking soda with sour cream. Combine flour with baking powder. Alternately add sour cream mixture and flour mixture to butter-sugar-egg-mixture. Add vanilla. Combine ingredients for topping. Pour half of batter in greased 9- inch tube pan. Sprinkle with half topping. Pour remaining batter and cover with remaining topping. With a knife, carefully swirl. Bake at 350 degrees approximately 45 minutes. Snack Cake Mix

  • 6 c Flour
  • 4 c Sugar
  • 3 tb Baking powder
  • 2 ts Salt
  • 1 1/2 c Shortening

Directions
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. With pastry blender, cut in shrotening until mix looks like cornmeal. Store in airtight container in cool.dry place.
