Orange Ice Cream Pops

Servings: 8 Servings

Ingredients

  • 1 c Milk
  • 1 pt Ice cream, vanilla
  • 6 oz Orange juice; frozen concen-
  • -trate partly thawed

Directions
Combine all ingredients in blender; cover and blend until smooth. Pour into 8 (3-1/2 oz) paper cups. Place in freezer. When partially frozen, insert wooden stick in each. Freeze until firm. Peanut Butter Nog

  • 3 c Milk
  • 1 c Vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 3/4 c Creamy peanut butter
  • 1 ( 3 1/2 oz.) package instant
  • -vanilla pudding and pie
  • -filling mix

Directions
In blender container, combine all ingredients. Cover; blend at medium-low speed until smooth and thick, about 30 to 45 seconds. Pour into glasses; serve immediately. Yield: 8 ( 1/2 cup) servings. Peanut Butter Honey Buns

Ingredients

  • 8 tb Peanut butter
  • 8 Hot dog buns, split
  • 2 To 3 bananas, sliced
  • 2 tb Honey
  • 8 ts Shelled sunflower seeds, if
  • -desired

Directions
Spread 1 tablespoon peanut butter on bottom half of each bun. Top each with banana slices; drizzle with honey. Sprinkle 1 tsp. sunflower seeds on each sandwich. Replace top half of bun. Nutty Granola

Ingredients

  • 3 c Regular oats — uncooked
  • 1/2 c Flaked coconut
  • 1/2 c Sliced almonds
  • 1/4 c Wheat germ
  • 1/4 c Sunflower kernels
  • 2 c Mixed raw nuts (pecans
  • 1 Walnuts, pine nuts –
  • 1 Almonds
  • 1/4 c Plus
  • 2 tb Honey
  • 1/4 c Vegetable oil
  • 2 1/2 tb Water
  • 2 tb Brown sugar
  • 3/4 ts Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 ts Salt
  • 3/4 c Raisins

Directions
Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Add nuts; stir well and set aside.Combine honey, oil, water, brown sugar, vanilla, and salt; pour over oat mixture, and stir well. Spread mixture evenly in a lightly greased 15- x 10- x 1 -inch jellyroll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until golden brown, stirring every 5 minutes. Cool. Stir in raisins. Store mixture in an airtight container in a cool, dry place up to 1-1/2 months. Serve as a snack or as a cereal with milk. Yield 5-1/2 cups. Silly Putty

  • 1/2 c Elmer’s glue
  • 1/2 c Starch; liquid
  • Food coloring

Directions
